We consider ourselves fortunate to have Alice and Jerry as inlaws - not only to our daughter but to us!
What fond memories we have of the "get-together" times in Atlanta, Oak Ridge, NC, Ligonier or Winston-Salem.
Jerry was a Prince of a man and will be missed.

I will always remember the times I spent listening to Jerry's stories of his life growing up on the beet farm in Michigan. Jerry shared that all of their printed history in the form of photos and letters burned up in their house fire during his teenage years. This just made his personal accounts of his history all the more precious. I willl cherish the memories of his retelling of his life working the fields, starting a career in baseball, joining the military, and most important of all being a husband and father to his beloved family.
I will sincerely miss our talks and wish Jerry all the gifts heaven has to offer.
